all sales are final.
no returns, exchanges, or modifications will be allowed after your order is placed.
please ensure that all information is correct as we are unable to modify order details.

you will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.
orders are processed monday through friday with the exception of public holidays.
when relevant, preorder times are indicated on each product’s page.
any concerns regarding orders, including incorrect or damaged items, must be communicated to info@tana.net within 48 hours of delivery.
international customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and other fees that may apply to their shipment.
we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
refused packages will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit.
